  • Our Approach
    Peppy offers a maintenance contract to address customer concerns. After a contract is purchased, we make our initial visit to your home to conduct a thorough home evaluation on both the interior and exterior. This evaluation includes a visual examination of electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, painting and any other areas that may be of particular concern to you. When the evaluation is complete, we prepare a written checklist identifying areas that require immediate attention and areas you may want to address at a later date.

    Handyman services are provided on an as needed basis.
    First priority is always given to contract customers to ensure that they have full time access to our personnel.
    b). Major Repair Services
    When a major repair is required, we are your personal project coordinator and take care of everything.
    We provide you with professional workmanship while overseeing the project through to completion.
    We will then supervise the activity, pay the service, and invoice you.
    c). Emergency Home Servicing
    Emergency help is available 12 hours a day.
    Since we document the major components of your home in our initial visit,
